Fidget

Owned by Daren Courtnage, NZL2039  - (previously Bigfoot) was built in 1981 by A.J Dallimore in Havelock North for the 1982 flying fifteen world champs held in Napier. She finished 39th in a fleet of 56. Moving at some stage to Whangarei, she was bought by Merv Worthington, boat builder and marine engineer, in a poor state of repair for a bottle of scotch, moving up to Opua, Bay of Islands and fully restored to her current condition. Fidgit now lives on the Kapiti Coast having recently taken part in the flying fifteen Nationals back in Napier along with club sailing in Wellington harbour.
